Who can participate in the campaign?

Determination of the drawing Lotus Evora winner


The account of the Winner will be determined by means of the following scheme: the last 5 digits of the account are used in the procedure of winner's determination (no matter whether it is 5-digits or 6-digits). If these 5 digits coincide with Lotus-number, then the owner of this account will become a winner of Lotus Evora.

The fixing of exchange rates by the following pairs at the market closing will be on Friday May 25th, 2012 in 23:59:

First digit of the Lotus-number – the last digit of the EURUSD rate

Second digit of the Lotus-number – the last digit of the GBPUSD rate

Third digit of the Lotus-number – the last digit of the USDJPY rate

Fourth digit of the Lotus-number – the last digit of the USDCHF rate

Fifth digit of the Lotus-number – the last digit of the USDCAD rate

In the case, if the last digit of the EURUSD pair at the moment of market closing – 0, then the first digit of the Lotus-number will be the second digit from the end of this pair. If the second digit from the end is also zero, then the third digit from the end is taken.

If the account, which is not the Participant of the Campaign, matches with the generated Lotus-number, then the preceding or following account is determined as a Winner. The Winner is selected on the principle of the largest deposit, which is calculated by formula: A – B + С.

If with the generated Lotus-number two accounts will match – 5-digit account and last 5 digits of the 6-digit account, then the owner of the account with the largest deposit (is calculated by formula: A – B + С ) will become a winner of Lotus Evora.

For the purpose of developing the equal competitive conditions for owners of old and new accounts with InstaForex Company, in case if first digit of the Lotus-number will be zero, then first digit becomes the same as second digit of the Lotus-number, but if second digit of the Lotus-number is also zero, then first and second digits of the Lotus-number become the same as third digit.

What is the procedure of the prize receipt?


General provisions

After 20 days of publication the results of the Campaign and drawing the winner and Organizer coordinate the date, time and place of obtaining the prize by phone.

After determination of winning trading account Organizer checks the information about Participant and legitimacy of his/her participation in the Campaign according to the items 2.1. – 2.3. of this regulation. In case some data will turn out to be untrue or if Participant does not have a right to participate in the Campaign, the draw is considered to be invalid.

In case prize receiving procedure (absence of ID, expiration of ID validity and etc.) is violated by the winner Organizer reserves the right not to award the winner.


Obtaining of the main prize of the Campaign – Lotus Evora

Lotus Evora can be obtained by a winner in one of the Central representative offices of the company in the Russian Federation (Kaliningrad and Moscow) or it can be delivered to any part of the world in accordance with the winner.

Prize is passed to the winner only after ID checking and signing of the Acceptance Certificate where the following data are written: Full name, date of birth, ID data, contact phone number with country and city code. In case a Winner will not provide this information Organizer reserves the right not to award the Winner.

In case the winner of the Campaign is not able to receive the prize, treaty of cession can be concluded with another person by power of attorney from the winner.

Since the moment of getting the prize the Campaign Participant is responsible for the payment of taxes and other compulsory payments set by the Government.

InstaForex Company is responsible for car's transportation from the company's head representative office in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation. However, the winner takes responsibility of paying taxes and custom fees.

In exchange for the main prize of the campaign – Lotus Evora car the winner can choose the alternative prize – a trading account opening with the amount of 100 000 USD. These funds will not be available for withdrawing, BUT 50% of profit gained from them can be withdrawn without any restrictions.

Final provisions


Organizer makes arrangements of data protection connected with the Campaign holding from unauthorized access and is not obliged to provide information to the third party.

- Use His/her picture (photos, etc.) by Organizer for advertisement;

How are the winners determined of the contest Lucky Trader?


For winners determination InstaForex Contests and Campaigns Administration will use rating, which is calculated by summation of all positive deals profit and subtraction of all negative deals losses with the only limitation: every positive deal will give NOT MORE than 10 points to your rating.

It means that even if the result of a profitable deal is 20, 40 or 50 points, your rating will be 10 points increased. And loss positions will come into account in full measure. Besides, when the rating is calculated the number of deal's lots is added. For example, if the contest participant has two profit deals in amount of 30 points each, but one of them is 0.1 lot, and the second one is 1 lot, then in this case the first deal will increase the rating by 10 ((10*0.1) = 1), and the second only by 1 ((10*1) = 10).

Why wasn’t "Lucky Trader" participant disqualified after he/she had opened more than 10 trades?


The rating is updated once in 5 minutes, the balance - once in 1 minute. This frequency causes some troubles when a contestant closes one trade and opens another one. In this case both deals are seen open in the monitoring though one of them is closed.

2. The Contest is arranged for traders over 18.

3. Every Participant must sign up at the InstaForex website.

4. In order to take part in a weekly contest, the Participant is to open a DEMO-account for every new step by means of registration for it.

5. The Participant agrees with a necessity to provide true data, the full name identical to that specified in the ID document, the active contact email.

6. Any attempts to participate in the Contest on several trading accounts or to employ an anonymous proxy shall be followed by disqualification from the Contest.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to decline registration of any participant without explaining the reason or disqualify any participant during the Contest with an explanation. The reason of disqualifying can be opening the big volume opposite orders with the same currency pairs in different trading accounts at the same time approximately, as well as usage of failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit.

8. Registering in the Contest a Participant accepts all the regulations, which concern the Contest.

9. The participation close relatives in the same contest is forbidden. If the registration data of the Contestant's account coincides with the registration information of another Contestant, the Company has a right to regard this matching as a reason for disqualification.
