BERGEDEL TELO :
telo sing wis di kukus di tutu utawo di deplog trus di sisihke.
BUMBU
bawang putih tergantung selera. sing seneng ababpe mambu bawang yo di okehi
mrico kiro-kiro 10 butir
tumbar sethitik wae.
uyah saukupe.
kabeh mau di aluske trus di campur kalo bahan telo sing wis dia aluske mau.
terus loncang (daun bawang) di rajang2 dicampurke karo telor 2 butir.
trus kabeh di campur nganti roto. nek masalah bentuke tergantung selera njenengan mawon.
masalah roso menurutku wis pas, nek menurut njenengan kulo mboten ngerti tingggal experiment mawon men soyo mateb.
boleh di coba,nek mboten kerso nggih mboten punopo-punopo. | |
